Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time — no calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. See our cancellation policy for details.

Do you offer refunds?

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. The Growth tier includes a 14-day free trial — no charge if you cancel before it ends. Annual plans (when offered) are refundable within 14 days of initial purchase. For disputed charges, email support@duhbi.com within 30 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, our payment processor. Billed in US Dollars (USD). We add new methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA) as demand grows — email contact@duhbi.com if you need an alternative.

What happens after I start? Is there a setup call?

Setup is self-serve and takes about 10 minutes — connect your WhatsApp Business number, add your products, you're live. If you want a personal walkthrough, we offer free 30-minute onboarding sessions to Growth and Business customers — book one after you sign up.

What about Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform fees?

Meta charges a separate per-conversation fee directly to Duhbi (not you). For Growth and Business tiers, these are included in your subscription as long as your volume stays within your tier's normal range. Heavy senders (10k+ conversations/month) are notified before any pass-through. See our pricing terms.
