Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. The Growth tier includes a 14-day free trial — no charge if you cancel before it ends. Annual plans (when offered) are refundable within 14 days of initial purchase. For disputed charges, email support@duhbi.com within 30 days.

Meta charges a separate per-conversation fee directly to Duhbi (not you). For Growth and Business tiers, these are included in your subscription as long as your volume stays within your tier's normal range.
