Duhbi is a structured order-intake workflow for e-commerce sellers in North Africa and beyond. We're a small team obsessed with one problem: how do you sell reliably on WhatsApp without ever missing a customer or breaking the rules?
Duhbi started in late 2025 after we watched dozens of small Moroccan e-commerce sellers lose orders every single day. Their customers were messaging them on WhatsApp from Facebook ads, asking about products, pricing, sizes, delivery — and the messages piled up faster than any human could answer. Sellers were paying "confirmation girls" to call every customer back to verify orders. Conversations went unanswered for hours. Hot leads went cold.
We tried the obvious thing first: an unofficial WhatsApp library running on a phone-linked session. It worked — for a while. Then sessions silently disconnected. Linked devices got revoked. Messages stopped arriving without warning. One seller would lose 3 days of orders before noticing. That was the moment we decided to do this properly.
Today, Duhbi runs entirely on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every seller connects their own verified WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup. Zero ban risk. No silent disconnects. Full compliance with WhatsApp Commerce and Messaging Policy. The same workflow that quietly handled 200+ sellers' worst days now scales to thousands without us breaking a sweat.
